Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30 1991, is more commonly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott) is the American artist, singer, and songwriter. The stage name is the name of a beloved uncle, with the initials and the first name (of Kid Cudi), of his main inspiration, Travis Scott. Scott signed his first major-label agreement with Epic Records in 2012, along with an agreement to publish with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. He is signed to Epic as well as T.I.'s Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released his debut full-length project, Owl Pharaoh. He followed it up with Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was his debut studio album. It featured the hit song "Antidote". The second album entitled Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first top-ranked album on the Billboard 200. Scott's sophomore album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016), was made in collaboration with Quavo. It was titled Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his debut Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. In late 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys, which topped the Billboard 200. After his single "Franchise" featuring Young Thug and M.I.A., Scott was successful in releasing the album compilation JackBoys. Scott was the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs make it to the top of the charts within a year.
